I am thrilled to announce the launch of my brand-new coloring book, the Adventurous Alphabet - ABC Coloring + Activity Book.

This coloring book is all about adventure, challenges, inclusion, and exploring creativity. Let me share with you a little bit about the intentional choices I made to create a coloring book that challenges and engages kids in a whole new way.

I truly believe that our children deserve exceptional coloring and activity books that aren’t just a bunch of stolen copy and pasted images… which is sadly what a lot of the available coloring books are. No one set out to intentionally illustrate a lot of them. So I tried to illustrate a truly unique experience. Why settle for oversimplified illustrations when we can offer something more stimulating and fun?

In the Adventurous Alphabet Coloring Book, I intentionally crafted illustrations that are a little more challenging, encouraging our kids to embrace their innate creativity and dive deeper into the coloring process. The illustrations include children and surprising adventures on each page!

Word Hunts: One of the extra fun parts of the Adventurous Alphabet Coloring Book is the challenging hunt on each page. Your young artist will not only be coloring each scene but they can also hunt for words, actions, items, and places associated with each letter. There are 26 letter pages that contain super fun and captivating illustrations to color involving lots of cute kiddos! Then they can make a list of the words that they think of on the back of each coloring page (with your help if needed) This interactive adventure transforms coloring into an immersive learning experience, fostering early literacy skills and expanding their vocabulary in a playful and engaging way.

Explore A World of Inclusivity and Learning: In my quest to create a coloring book that pushes the normal coloring book boundaries, I wanted to foster inclusivity and offer an opportunity for children to explore sign language. Hence, I have included ASL signs for each alphabet letter. By incorporating these signs, it not only encourages children to learn and communicate in exciting new ways but also promotes diversity and inclusion. My hope is to get our kiddos asking questions about American Sign Language and then inspiring them to learn more!

Bonus Pages: To add an extra layer of excitement and variety, the coloring book features bonus activities that go beyond traditional coloring pages.

That is why I designed this book to have single-sided illustrations so that you won’t lose any precious artwork on the backs of those pages. You can easily hang their masterpieces on the fridge or gift them to loved ones, celebrating their creativity and accomplishment.

This definitely won’t be the last coloring book I create for our kiddos! My daughter is constantly inspiring new book ideas… so we shall see what comes next?!?!
